How to add your vehicle

Registering your vehicle with Motorhouse Hire means joining an established, trusted network built specifically for the film and television industry. Rather than simply listing your vehicle in a general directory, you’ll be working with a team that understands production requirements, vehicle suitability, logistics, presentation and the importance of matching the right vehicle to the right brief.

Already have an account with us? Log in to our Motorbase Connect portal to manage your profile and add or update vehicles.
New to Motorhouse Hire? Register as an Owner (and Driver if you wish) first — once your account is set up, you’ll be able to add your vehicles securely from within the portal.

You vehicle will be fully and comprehensively insured for the duration of filming.

How do I add a vehicle?

If you have already registered then you can add a vehicle by going to the Manage Vehicles page once you have logged in.

If you have not already got an account with us then please visit the Register page where you can choose to sign up as an Owner (and Driver if you wish). Once done you will be able to log in and add your Vehicle(s).
